(Mirror) - Ishara Amarasinghe, who gained popularity through Swarnawahini’s news bulletin - Live at 8 has received a different type of offer, reports say.
The offer is to act in two films and according to sources, bigwigs at Swarnawahini are also encouraging her to go ahead.
Ishara, who began her professional life as an announcer at Sirasa TV, later joined Swarnawahini.
An old girl of Rathnapura Sumana Balika, Ishara says that she does have some talent for acting.
