Popular actress Piyumi Boteju has a huge liking for elephants, her friends say.
Sri Lanka Mirror found out that Piyumi has been wanting for a long time to have an elephant as a pet.
However, conditions do not allow her to do so, and instead, she is rearing dogs.
The saddest day for her had been when her dog died, report say.
Piyumi’s latest acting can be seen on ‘Diya Matha Liyami’ tele drama and is due to appear in the film ‘Ranja’
